We have a phenomenal number of suppliers showcasing their talents over the weekend, from cake makers to caterers, and even an ice cream tricycle! Not forgetting beautiful wedding flowers, bridal dresses, venue décor companies and more.
The event will certainly be jam packed full of passionate and dedicated business owners, all of who are there to meet YOU!
2. THE VIP AREA - TREAT YOURSELF!
Our VIP tickets have returned by popular demand, and let us tell you something… they are back with a BOOM!
The fantastic Poseidon Bars will be hosting the VIP area for you all, so you can grab your VIP drink from the smiling and oh so friendly team whenever you like during the show!
As a VIP ticket holder you also receive priority seating at the catwalk shows along with your exclusive goodie bag too!
The VIP area is featured in the stunning Tipi setups by the team over at Southern Tipi Co, who are also our show sponsors of the Big Southwest Wedding Fair event! Sit down and relax, chat through ideas with your friends and family and have fun - great memories to be had!
3. OUR POPULAR CATWALK SHOWS
It’s the part everyone always asks for on arrival “When is the next catwalk?”
With a range of beautiful bridal, bridesmaid and flower girls dresses and also menswear (which is ALWAYS heavily requested!) this part of the event is always full to the brim with smiling crowds, lots of “oohs and ahhs” and what’s even better, there are 2 shows per day for you to watch: 11.00am and 1.30pm. This gives you the chance to schedule and plan out your visit with ease.
Our catwalk sponsor and compere Roger Knight (The Wedding Guy) will be entertaining us all throughout, so make sure you pop over to say hello before or after each catwalk show (He is fab!).
4. THE BRIDAL POP UP SHOP
Haven’t managed to find “The one” yet? Don’t panic, because we have an array of bridal shops who have discounted wedding dresses available to try on in our changing rooms over the weekend!
Don’t miss out on the chance to find your dream gown and maybe even at a fraction of the price!
“But my Fiance/child is with me” we hear you say! Don't worry, there are so many other things to see and do, including the VIP area, the onsite restaurant and the entertainment lounge, so leave them to relax whilst you shop!
5. THE WEDDING STYLE HUB
We have some incredible Wedding Style hub sessions being hosted on the main stage for you. These sessions are full of advice, tips and essential information on how to help ensure you create the right style for YOU on the big day. From bridal boutique experts on finding the right dress to hair and makeup tips and tricks to help you create the perfect look.
Be sure to ask plenty of questions and get involved, this is a fantastic opportunity for all!
6. THE ENTERTAINMENT LOUNGE
Our entertainment lounge sponsors Funtasia Entertainment LTD are back hosting and we are super excited for you. Created for EVERYONE of all ages, from young children to grandparents, you can expect virtual gaming and fun interactive activities.
This is the perfect pit stop for the younger attendees who may need a break, or just something fun for you both as a couple to join in and make some fun memories together!
