Advertising Agreement: By submitting an advertisement for inclusion in the Big Southwest Wedding Magazine (hereinafter referred to as "the Magazine"), the advertiser agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Advertisement Content: The advertiser is solely responsible for the content of their advertisement, including any text, images, logos, or other materials provided for publication in the Magazine. Advertisements must comply with all relevant laws and regulations and must not contain any unlawful, defamatory, or offensive content.

Advertisement Placement: While every effort will be made to accommodate advertiser preferences regarding advertisement placement within the Magazine, the final decision regarding placement rests with the design and editing team. Advertisements will be placed at the discretion of the publisher based on available space and editorial considerations.

Advertisement Design: Advertisers who have not booked in and purchased ad design are responsible for providing their advertisement in the required format and dimensions specified by the publisher. The publisher reserves the right to reject or modify any advertisement that does not meet these specifications.

Payment Terms: Advertisers agree to pay the specified advertising rates for the placement of their advertisement in the Magazine. Payment must be made in full prior to the publication of the advertisement, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by the publisher.

Cancellation and Refunds: Requests for advertisement cancellations or changes must be submitted in writing to the publisher prior to the advertising deadline. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after the deadline. 

Intellectual Property Rights: By submitting an advertisement for publication in the Magazine, the advertiser grants the publisher a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to reproduce, distribute, and display the advertisement in connection with the Magazine.

Results Disclaimer: While the team will make every effort to promote the Magazine and ensure its visibility to the target audience, it is understood that the publisher cannot guarantee specific results or outcomes from the advertisement. Advertisers acknowledge that advertising effectiveness may vary and depend on various factors, including market conditions and consumer preferences. Therefore, the team cannot offer refunds or compensation in the event that the advertisement does not result in bookings or desired outcomes. By submitting an advertisement for publication in the Magazine, advertisers agree to accept this limitation of liability.

Indemnification: The advertiser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the publisher from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of or related to the advertisement, including but not limited to claims of copyright infringement, defamation, or violation of rights of publicity or privacy.

Modification: The publisher reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time.
